My foundation was built on a strong work ethic and forged under the pressure of fast-paced emergency nursing. Built like a diamond under heat and pressure.

Born and raised in Pierre, South Dakota, resilience runs deep in me. Nursing may be the ice in my veins, but ranching is what levels me out. The ED taught me to think fast, stand steady in chaos, and lead when seconds matter. The ranch reminds me to slow down, stay grounded, and protect what matters most.

This business wasn’t built by accident. It was built with intention. I wanted the freedom to fund my ranch dreams without tying myself to endless hospital shifts away from my family. I wanted to create something that allowed me to serve my community while still being present at home, in the stands, in the roundpen, at the table, and under the wide South Dakota sky.

I also saw a need. Self-care shouldn’t feel out of reach or reserved for the few. I built this space to bring affordable, accessible wellness to our community that is rooted in clinical experience, driven by heart, and grounded in grit.
